Parental awareness of laws.
Hold schools, district, state accountable to existing laws.
Speak out against bad practice regarding instruction, screening, intervention, and evaluation.

And please also in countrys like Kenya. Can't be that a tourist has to find out looking only once at a 15 years old girl's homework and 2 schools forced her to repeat twice. She is now in RareGem Talent School in Nairobi Kitengela the only schools in Kenya that cares really. On top it is a private school, but no state nor private primary or secondary schools offer help. (Dyscalculia the same, far worse)
