Mine is clearly a DA. I need to know when stage 6 is over 😂😂😢😢😢😅😅. Been together 18 1/2 years. Had a BAD breakup. She said she would consider counseling. I wrote her a very nice letter and expressed accountability and trying to see things from her emotional perspective. I think it was pretty good. Too early though for sure. She said she still needs time to figure out if it’s truly what she wants. Hope it’s not the end. She is the love of my life. No one could ever replace her. I hope she comes back. Giving her space now. Separated for 2 months now…

Well, I know this is not 100% science but you cannot follow the 45 NC rule with a hard dismissive avoidant… so some of the advice I see around would most likely apply to people leaning secure. A true dismissive avoidant can reach stage 7 or 8 in between 6 months to 4 years (3.5 years in my case last time…). 🤷‍♀️
