LOFI hip hop jams on the SP404 MK2

its been one hell of a week for the SP community and I thought I would round things off with some lofi jams on the SP404 MK2. All of these beats were made using the various new features including mute groups and the incredible new resampling which is basically unlimited now. The last beat really shows off how fun the mute groups are. I'm addicted...

Glad you were chosen as one of the early recipients ... Some of the others chosen have no real SP background, so you don't gain much from their MK2 content (which is like 1 video).


Anyway, can you confirm that we can't set sample rates on the MK2 ? ... I have a couple 303's, and recording at lower sample rates is often a vibe.

I hope they didn't ditch this in favour of a live 'lofi' FX. Which I'm sure has its uses ... But is no replacement for recording/playing at differing sample rates.

I've got an MK2 on preorder. I wanna use it to sequence my SP 202 and record that with the MK2 beat. It's great for tags and ambient stuff. I just fiddle with it while its being sequence d by my Mpc. I'd love to see that!
