Yeah, I've made it this far.
To whoever that suggested your video on The Odin Project,
Thank you. You're a genius.

If it was you, KP, you're a double genius 👍🏿

These are hands down the best introduction videos to HTML & CSS, more people (who are serious) about web development need to watch these :/

I've made it this far (in 2019) and loving it! Your videos are by far the clearest and easiest to follow that I have found. Don't ever stop

I have been a dev for 35 years and couldn't stand CSS. In fact, I have a t-shirt that has the letters CSS halfway inside an otherwise empty box. These videos have really helped me understand what's doing here. Thanks a lot.

I found one of your mid-level videos last week while trying to solve a specific problem I was having, and while it did the trick for that issue, I was so impressed by your style and knowledge that I decided to also go back and work through the entire collection from the beginning.

I started hand-coding websites in school and LOVED it, then for some idiotic reason that I'm sure made sense at the time, drank the "you should be using WordPress because that's what real professionals do" Kool-Aid and fell so far out of love with web design that I dreaded even logging in for simple edits. Now I'm getting back into hand-coding and loving every minute of it, and thanks in no small part to your tutorials, feeling confident I'll be able to complete the projects I have in mind.

Your teaching style is a perfect match for me and I've been looking forward to the time I've spent on your channel every day this week. It's refreshing things I learned in school, filling in gaps I didn't even know were there in the past, and bringing all the old remembered fragments swirling around my brain together into a useful order. Hands-down this is the best website tutorial source I've found anywhere, including my own professors, other YouTubers, Google searches, and every book my local library had available. Thank you SO much for sharing such a wonderful gift!

Well, i watched all so far and haven’t commented, guess I should now that you asked for it 😆

This is so, so, so helpful! Not just this course but your channel. I studied som HTML and js back in 2006 but moving to a career change, back to university after the summer (front end program), and you really have made me fall I love with CSS and front end dev. I searched for resources to refresh my skills I learned back in the days, and this I exactly what I needed, your teaching style, quality of the videos is spot on 👍🏼

I read books about HTML and CSS, followed peoples here on yt ... and finally found Kevin Powell! I fell in love with his channel, when I tried to understand position relative vs. position absolute. His explanation to the topic was after a weak of frustration the only solution I found. So handy, figurative and easy to understand ... awesome ♥

Best intro to CSS I've seen. Really useful in helping to demystify CSS. Thanks.

I just don't watch 1 video once. I watch multiple times. As I follow sometimes I have to go back to a previous video I watched just to make sure I understood. U are a very good teacher.

Learning HTML, CSS and .js in my apprenticeship and we just followed some tutorial and nobody understood anything... Thx to your Course, we now all profit! Thank you so much for this, even almost 6 years later!!!

I've made it this far. You're a great teacher. Very complete, but in a laid-back style that makes it a fun exploration. You seem able to carry, in your mind, the experience of a user that is completely new to the subject and just discovering all this. Skillful!

I've tried learning from various books, but even with the better books, it takes longer to get it. This is FAST. A very good foundation, I think. Much appreciated.

It is hard to believe this series has so few views. Excellent content and beautifully produced. Highly recommended.

Thank you SO MUCH for your effort in creating these videos. It's much easier for me to understand CSS concepts with a visual demonstration, as opposed to reading bone-dry documents that are cluttered with jargon I can't quite understand. Really appreciate your hard work here :)

Hey Kevin!
I love the videos (in Dec 2023). They've really helped me learn so much. Thank you!

I've done other courses but a lot of them have holes in their materials (for example, they didn't really elaborate specificity). Your videos have been super helpful in filling these holes! Thank you!

watching this in 2020 as a refresher for someone who used to do all this second nature back in the late 90's/early 00's and is getting back into web developing again.
