For all those people who have not watched one piece yet basically CP0 agents are really good agents who work for the government… They can control the seraphim but they don’t have that much power of them. The order or power over the seraphim is:
-The elders of the world government
-Vegapunk and all his satellites(other parts and he is also the creator)
-Sentomaru (One of vegapunks underlings if u may)
-CP0 agents

There are 3 CP0 agents of which we have seen and the one Kitt is using is the one using leopard( can’t remember his name or any of the other names) there are also two others. One uses a fruit that turns him into a giraffe the other one is sort of like a vampire fruit. I’m not going to give out spoilers but one of them isn’t who everyone thinks they are… Hope this helped this took a while to write all of it but bye

I have ideas on balancing the game in blox fruits and I am sharing these ideas with you. Now currently in blox fruits PvP, the main fruits are beast fruits. Before I continue, I will note I have kitsune permanent and these are based on my experiences. Regarding Kitsune, I would give it a speed nerf. There is no reason why this fruit can go as fast as it does. It is very difficult to catch. So this is one attribute. Now for the 2nd Nerf, would be the damage. Overall the damage of kitsune should be slightly nerfed, but mostly the C move. Now before I got kitsune, I have fought one, and I will say the C move should have a larger kentricking window, perhaps by a couple of frames. Along with the damage nerf, if possible. Now that is all I would do. However other fruits like t rex have other properties such as the predatory mark and other things that deal with their offense, and buddha "spammers" with their insane defense. Now to deal with all of these. I will propose a solution. When a beast-type fruit transforms, its instinct will behave differently. Let me explain. looking at what these fruits do, they change you to the form of the creature. Now it does not make sense on how a T rex or a big Fox can dodge a sword swing or any other attack. As such, they would not be able to dodge the attacks. Instead, while instinct is active they get a small defense buff. They will get hit by every move, but the damage will be decreased. This will be the case with all beast-type fruits except Leopard and Flacon. Note, I am excluding these specifically since they retain their humanoid figure. This excludes Buddha, but it should still get this change as it is just massive and becomes very slow. Now this change would make sense as many of the fruit's buffs are with their offensive capabilities. Mammoth gets M1s, T rex gets their predatory mark and Kitsune becomes god. Now they also get a defense buff along with this. Since they already have a passive defense buff, and with this additional instinct change, it will help other fruits combat them however it will still pose a massive threat. Meaning, if they transform, they lean heavily to their offensive options. Once again I will repeat as the instinct change is only with the transformed version. Additionally, the beast-type fruits should have slightly more energy drain than other fruits and the transformation should be exceptionally draining. An example would be when Luffy turns into Gear 5. He was exhausted afterward. I think the game should reflect this Now for implementing this, Blox Fruits can identify which players are using beast and who are not. How? Enchants. You can roll enchants to get a damage buff on beast-type users. With this in mind, If we take this and have them identify when they transform, we could apply this effect to instinct. Leave comments on what you think. Note this is an early Idea, I can think things through later. (also energy becomes basically useless at one point so I think activating v4, will consume 25%-30% of your energy) (I also stand that sanguine z should regen stamina, not HP) (gravity cane z should be changed from a pull to a stun, it mimics spikey trident z and decreases the variety in swords. Previously even though it was mid, it was unique. Now it isn't. Now we want to keep it still good, but not similar to others, so a move like gravity x would be nice. ) (Dragon trident x should be kentrickable. Sure it has lower damage, but if there is a fruit main it is very strong.) (If you want more of my thoughts ask me also if you have your own ideas, please tell me. )
