 Setu Bandhasana stretches the spine and hip flexors & opens the heart. It’s also great for strengthening your booty & legs BUT the real reason I scream, ‘a bridge a day!’
Bridge pose calms the nervous system and forms the support and structure to help us move from where we are to where we’re going.

Setu bandhasana or the bridge pose is an effective yoga for thyroid especially hypothyroidism. It stretches the neck and improves blood circulation in the thyroid gland. The pose is also effective for treating asthma, reducing headaches and strengthening muscles.
