This has to be one of my favorite workouts @natashavdm81 has me do.
Main set done as :
2x30secs at 0% incline
2x30secs at 2%
2x30secs at 4%.
Repeat until you’ve done 24. Remember to add 0.2-03mph once you are back to 0% at the start of each round.
Gets the legs moving and the body groovin.
The short 30 second intervals at varying inclines helps increase leg speed and turnover. Do this a few weeks in a row and just watch your run speed sky rocket. I will be going into this workout more on my next YouTube video, so make sure to subscribe so you don’t miss out! Link in bio.
