Yesterday, I missed the bottom step, fell, and broke a bone in my foot. This is important because three of my worst phobias in life are broken bone, falling, and not having money. What the Universe has reminded me of is this- the things we fear aren't as bad as the anticipation of them happening. My foot hurts, but it will heal. I fell but not far. I had the $$ in my HSA to cover the ER visit and that's what it's for. Worrying about the bad things that might happen doesn't help you, it just keeps you small. Definitely had to Adjust today since I'm being told that I've got to sit on the couch- not what I'd planned at all. Thank you Evan!

Thank you for the advice on auditing Evan. I am always doing something and I get anxious after just a few minutes of not reading or looking at my phone or studying or whatever. Sigh. The Universe is telling me to stop playing small, doubting myself and procrastinating. I'm acting on it by completing lesson plans 4 months in advance. (Exhausting but worth it). #BTA17 #Freedom
