Video shows Japan Airlines passenger plane in flames at Tokyo airport

A Japanese Airlines passenger plane carrying almost 400 people was consumed by fire on the runway of Tokyo's Haneda Airport. All passengers and crew were evacuated, Japan Airlines said.

Every single person on that rolling fireball of an airplane made it out safely, a testament to the competence of the Japan Airlines crew and the passengers who remained orderly and calm under pressure.

Only 3 of 8 emergency exits could be used, and the intercom system died. Still, that flight crew saved EVERYBODY because of their skill and professionalism and the cooperation of the passengers. All involved deserve high praise.

Earthquake, Tsunami and now a plane crash.... Japan is engulfed with catastrophic events the last few days. And yet.. zero to minimal death toll. All 370 airline passengers & crews survived but 5 coastguard crews died. Nonetheless, Japan's disaster and crisis response is just incredible. The world has a lot to learn from this nation. Incredible that everyone got off that plane okay...on an US flight everyone would have perished as half the people would have insisted on grabbing their carry-on, nearly the other half would have insisted on taking selfies, and a couple obese passengers get stuck in the door to get out...

Notice that when the passenger plane was being evacuated, and rapidly being engulfed in flames, there are no fire truck present… not a single one! Where were they? It seems that airport fire control must have been asleep at the wheel!
