There's no way we're re-signing Inigo Martinez. We'd definite sign Tah should we let Martinez go. There's also no way, if they're signing Kimmich, that they'll play him as a RB. Flick refused to play him in that position at Bayern Munich. I think he'd be a good signing as a rotation with FDJ - giving him some competition.

I understand why Williams didn't come. Not only that, the fact that they played on his heart strings, with regards to Athletic potentially playing in the UEFA Cup Final at their home ground. The Nico Williams thing is complicated and him staying at Atheltic was a risk because as it stands right now he's not having a good season and he might go on to have a bad season whic will change the dynamics of Barca going in for him again because football moves very fast and between now and next summer there could emerge another RW who Barca could be more interested in. Nico said he wanted to stay at Atheletic for his development etc but if Athletic has a bad season and they get knocked out of Europe etc, Barca would be the ones with a strong negotiating potision and they might even offer him lower wages than before because they have a very strong project that Nico himself can benefit from etc. So we will see how the season plays out

If we get back to 1:1 and have the salary space and things are good for us. I would like us to go for Kimmich and Trent. Kounde is good defensively but is sub-par attacking wise. Trent would be the inverse but it would make that right side with Yamal terrorizing for opposing defenders and with that Kounde can go back to CB so we don’t need to sign one. And Kimmich would elevate our midfielder and bring experience(also I don’t want Madrid to get him because he is the controller they are lacking since Kroos is gone) if Dejong doesn’t show positive signs under Flick ts he needs to leave imo. Also I don’t want Nico, Wirtz or Musiala is who we should go for imo, Nico isn’t a consistent player. Hopefully Fati and Raphina does well in the LW so we can wait to make a marquee signing.

kimmitch is a no brainer at cdm we need him and he is a flick player he should be priority i think we should sell de jong we already have enough depth at cm/cam positions with olmo pedri gavi and fermin we must keep araujo he is one of the best cbs in the world and imo kounde should be back to the cb positon with araujo cubarsi is too young christensen is good but is injury prone and iniago is just decent we need cdm-kimmitch rb-frempong and lw-luis diaz/nico
