How to enter RECOVERY MODE on Nintendo Switch (Maintenance Mode)

Do you want to know how to enter recovery mode on the nintendo switch??? This is also called maintenance mode where you can update the nintendo switch and also you can enter factory reset mode where you have 2 options. One mode is where you can factory reset the switch without losing data and the other factory reset mode is where you lose all the data. So entering recovery mode on the switch is very easy just hold down the power button and the volume buttons at the same time.

If only Nintendo gave us the option to update the system via a computer, that would be better.
(Nintendo Switch Update 11 had a similar feature to transfer Album data to a computer.)

If anyone could help, we got our switch from a second hand place but it was still logged into the previous owners account. When we did this and went to delete the data so that we weren't using their account, it asked us for a parental controls pin. is there any way to bypass this to just delete everything? We don't know who the previous owner was so we have no way of accessing this pin

Mine is stuck on maintenance mode and when I turn it off without touching the volume buttons it just stays on maintenance mode

So my switch randomly didn’t connect to the TV, and we know it’s the switch because my sister’s switch connected perfectly to it. I want to do recovery mode but I need to know if your Nintendo Switch deletes game data that doesn’t have data cloud. For example I play Splatoon 2 a lot and have more than 1, 000 hours and I don’t know if by doing recovery mode it will delete Splatoon 2’s game data because it doesn’t support game data cloud. Can someone please help me out?

Bonjour, j'ai un problème, j'étais dans ce menu la et j'ai voulu l'éteindre en même que j'y étais. Maintenant elle ne veut plus s'allumer. J'ai débranché la batterie, la rebrancher rien marche. J'ai même changer de batterie avec une autre Switch mais toujours rien. Je suis rester appuyer 30 secondes sur le bouton power et sur le bouton + mais rien ne marche. Je suis sur la version 16.1.0 et Atmosphère 1.6.0 . Quelqu'un peut m'aider svp 😢
