How to make a Jambon, or Ham and cheese pastry.

Found usually at petrol stations and small shops around Ireland..Sounds french but its Irish.

Ingredient used :-

300g Cheese ( Medium Chedder cheese and Red Leicester)
150g Ham( Polish smoked loin)
Ready made puff pastry can be also pre-rolled version
Egg for Washing
Flour for rolling out pastry

Can be any Ham and a good melting cheese though I find mature chedder produces a lot of oil.

To Cook:-

200 degrees C in the oven for 18 mins

From Frozen it may take 2 extra minutes
