When he says “you tired yet?” It’s pretty simple to catch him while you’re running up the stairs while pressing “O” (or substitute that for whatever platform you play on) you can easily tackle him at the top of the stairs…literally JUST figured this out…

There's an even easier way to take, you can simply run/ride to this alley as soon as he jumps on the trolley, he will teleport around the city and spawn by the plant as soon as you walk up to it. shave off almost a whole minute to this chase scene.

In version 1491.50 the only way to catch him is on the roof. When he runs past the carriage and then turns right, you turn left and then slip on the mud, jump wall, climb to the roof, wait for him and catch him by pressing Melee attack (B) without aim (LT on xbox controller)
