Possible deal breakers for you:
5G, Voice Over Wifi or Voice over LTE will not work in the Philippines. This info will also be applicable to Pixel 7. Some have had success with rooting their devices. Here is a link to point you in that direction.

Vowifi and VOLTE and even 5G doesn't work but you could make it work by rooting the phone. I actually did it and I enjoy 5G speeds in my area

Since hindi gumagana ang 5g, how about 4g? Gumagana po ba ng maayos ang 4g ng pixel 6 dito sa pinas? How about internet speed ng wifi at cellular data, mabilis din po ba? Salamat po.
