We are Korean youtubers doing the van life in our self built Kia Bongo III Coach campervan. The female van lifer is Lucy and the Male is Mark. We are currently travelling from South Korea to Europe via Russia and Mongolia. Finding awesome camping spots along the way. Right now we are in Morocco building our van again. this time with a custom DIY high top.

With the heat, make sure to drink tons of water and eat salty foods to keep properly hydrated. And take plenty of breaks, too.

Long time no see !! I came down with a Omacron back in November when it first came out in the states and I took extra strength Mucinex for 10 days and it knocked it out

Hey Lucy and Mark,
Knowing that you're already recovered is good, but ya can't tell us you got covid right at the end of the video and then the video ends, Hopefully you didn't feel really sick. Eventually everyone will catch it at some point, that's just the way it is.

Hahahahahaha Lucy, I used to always get horizontal and vertical mixed up to as a kid. That's hilarious! I finally found a way to remember it.
Just remember the Horizon as the sun rises or sets and the view goes from side to side, which is a horizontal view.

I'm happy you finally moved on to the walls. At first when I saw the video title I thought you gave up on the small windows and covered them up from inside, thankfully that's not what you meant because that would have really been disappointing for you both.

I hope you're both feeling back to normal without any covid hangover. Oh, Carine said to say Hi to you both.

With virus infections it is best to give yourself time to heal and not work too much, or you risk getting longer term problems and prevent real healing. Listen to your body and don't push too much. Also believing too much on medication that keeps symptoms in control, but doesn't directly stop the infections, that can backfire.
Healing takes time. Patience is needed.

I sure hope that after COVID-19 things like the WW-III don't come to stop your adventures, with your renewed van. Don't worry, it doesn't look like it now, but it has become much much more a possibility than when your where driving through Russia.
It is nowadays even more controlled autocratic, undemocratic and country where population has been getting mostly just war propaganda for some years by the Putin administration.
Russian military was practicing urban warfare destroying towns in Syria. Now they are prepared to use their mass destruction tactics in Ukrainian cities. It seems they have started to use heavy weapons against civil targets.
