Very good review! Can you please shortly explain how to get these android apps?
Olgasaurus
If you sideload them in, you will have to reload, if you download them from blackberry world, they will all sync over.

it's quite expensive, which is one of the few things that hold us back from this phone. otherwise, its a great device. and if you got it for free! run with it!

I owned the Blackberry Pearl Flip when it first came out and liked the design and idea but there were still quite a few bugs with it and I didn't like the Pearl keyboard design so I took it back and chose between the BlackBerry Curve back when it had the trackball and the Palm Treo Pro that had the touchscreen with a more gel-like keyboard that I liked. I chose the BlackBerry Curve and liked it. I own the most recent Curve from Boost Mobile but am thinking about upgrading.

I've never had a BB, currently GS1... at first i thought i wanted to go back to real keyboard because mine gets dead spots and the auto correct, but the Z10 looks amazing. haven't got the chance to touch it yet, but its look more appealing than the q10

How do you get the actual android apps on your BB10?
TraplinesandInlines
Actually Michael uses Blackberry as one of his personal phones

finally someone who quotes the price correctly

I like hearing about the better typing experience. To review BB10, the efficiency needs to be demo'd to do justice (Peek, Flow, Hub, Type N Go, KB shortcuts etc.) The back is in fact a weave. It's a glass weave that BlackBerry created and is claimed to have twice the strength of plastic, while weighing less. Also this material is easier to transmit signals through (better reception).
I'll be getting a Q10 ASAP, but I don't base my phone on its media ability as much the productivity.

yes of course, we do not charge for downloads :)

There aren't widgets but the apps that you use are live on that multiple apps page

I tried Z10 and Q10 and still my favorite BlackBerry is Torch 9810, in fact it's my all time favorite smartphone.
