I can guarantee 200% that this stuff was not thrown away by the store, people come after closing (or before opening) and dump it, and also items they know we wont accept! why pay dump fee when you can try to leave it with Goodwill etc?? I worked in donations for Goodwill for years and if we could get a NICKEL out of it it went into the store!!! We had large signs posted, etc etc but people still left stuff after hours...and to make it worse people came like this lady and made a mess, tossing stuff all over, so much that the city made a visit to tell us people were was really bad during yard sale season, they came by the truckloads and got MAD when you cant accept used car seats or t.v's with mud and leaves on the back of them! or sets of encyclopedias etc, THAT is when they do the "midnight
