I think its funny how to us, now, a dress with a zip up the center front would be very strange and probably not popular, but at the time in 1930s, it was an attractive feature!

Actually I've already taken the idea to use some 3-4 years ago, after seeing these 30s lounging gowns, hostess gowns, and home dresses. I have a pretty gown (or 2) that I wear almost exclusive enhance at home - it's comfy enough for lounging, and definitely pretty enough for guests to see. Even good for remote work!
