In 1969, the judge in the Chicago 7 trial ordered Bobby Seale to be bound and gagged when he refused to stop speaking out of order. He later sent Seale to jail for 4 years for failing to comply with a gag order.

He could have held him in contempt because he didn’t find his answer credible. Lying under oath is a crime. The deference the legal system has given this man is amazing

I worked as a paralegal for an attorney who was found in contempt for being late returning after lunch. He was fined $500 and not permitted to leave until it was paid. Since we all know Trump doesn’t pay his bills, they should hold him until the fine is paid.
