The one thing I really like about intermittent fasting is that it is so customizable! You can make it fit exactly what you like and still be very successful. I don't eat a lot of sugar anymore but when I do, I want the real thing. Yes, real sugar....no substitutes, but that works for me. And I've found over time that I don't want it as much and everything has become too sweet so that is good. It means that I can give it up and not miss it and that's the goal. It makes me feel like a normal person, lol! So far I am down 100.4 lbs and over half-way to my goal and I haven't had to cut anything out completely. That is livable for me and I hope we all find that plan because that will be our true success!!! I thank God daily because He led me to this way of life after I cried out in prayer! You can't have a better partner on anything in life better than God!

Hi ☺️ Just found you and just starting my journey. On day 3 I'm doing pretty good. I've been following a low carb lifestyle for a while now and I enjoy it. But with 100 lbs to lose I wanted to start fasting. I found several versions but for me I decided to go with 23 hour fasting. I eat my one meal at 6 pm. I'm also keeping my calories below 1200. Yes of course I think about food and have to check myself lol. But looking at your results oh wow!!! You motivated me so much. I'm hoping to see new content from you...
