These Roller Coaster NAMES Could Change?

Alton Towers have announced that they are now open to sponsorships for the resorts biggest and most well known roller coasters! Flash Back to 2012 when Oblivion was sponsored by Fanta, or Air sponsored by Cadbury's hero's or Imperial leather with The Flume! Could we see a Starbucks Smiler... Or WHSmith Wicker Man!? When done correctly sponsorships can provide a good source of revenue for parks, however sometimes can be done in a cheap thoughtless way and can ruin the theme of a ride/roller coaster... which we don't want to see happen to Nemesis Reborn or Wicker Man for instance!

Branding ideas:

- new chip/crisp flavo(ur): DorRitas, red hot dorritos in most of the bag, with some green kale chips at the top.
- Hex gets rebranded to Hacks by CrowdStrike, to amp up their brand after the recent bad press
- A pair of candy sponsorships, where we get the Snickerman, and Galactica becomes Milkyway
- Runaway Mine Train gets sponsored by Ben &Jerry's, and becomes the Caramel Choo Choo
- Octonauts gets bought by netflix and becomes "Squid Game, the ride"

All of this just makes me think that in a few years time, every single ride at Alton Towers will be sponsored by something, to the point where the resort is basically a theme park version of a shopping centre. Just imagine going to Towers and discussing with you're friends, "right, so we'll go on Galactica (Sponsored by Aero) first, then make our way over to the Congo River Rapids (sponsored by Superdry), and then have a ride on the Runaway Mine Train (sponsored by Vaseline)."

god I hope it's none of the heavy themed ones. look at Pepsi Hyperion for example, it just ruins the theme in my opinion, takes away the immersion. If the brand's name has anything to do with the theme then fair enough, but imagine being immersed in Wickerman's queue with the dark music and announcements, and then you just get a "you can do it if you b&q it." never really been a fan of it. Pleasurebeach can get away with it since it barely has any theming, but not a full on themed park.
