That is just in development mode. You need to switch it to live. Then as of this year, you need to have a registered business to get it working. Data security and privacy. Many people are unable to use chatbots because of this on their business page. If I am wrong and you know a workaround for this - let me know.

I think this process changed, when installing the integration I now need my own business number. The testing number is visible, but I'm not allowed to pick it.

Awesome vid! I tried it out and so far so good. I noticed though with multiple choice that if there are more then 2 or 3 choices it comes out on the client side as a little 'Choose..' button which needs to be clicked first before getting presented with all options. Can we avoid this step and just display the full menu to the client without then having to first click 'Choose..' ? Other bot tools do it in this way. The extra click seems unnecessary? Thanks again!

From which number are the messages being send? Can I also use my own phone, so if the user sends "Talk to a human" I will get notified and take over the conversation?

How can I solve this "answer found in knowledge base - inspect."
I am not getting the actual answer from the chatbot instead I get the above message.
