And that rhubarb pie crunch sounded amazing! I just planted rhubarb seeds over the winter and have them coming up now. It's gonna be 2-3 years before I can get a harvest, but this will be the first recipe i make with the stalks.

My Mother grew this in the backyard and made fresh pies. My grandmother and aunts always made fried pies for us to eat in the car when we traveled. to visit with them.
