I don’t understand these so called “owners” who not only neglect their dog by not grooming them, but also don’t neuter them either. If you don’t want to take care of a dog who is supposed to be a member of your family, then don’t get one. Thankful there are people like you who come to the rescue of some of these suffering souls.

Can not believe it is going back to the owner. 😢 I’m so wishing what wasn’t the case. Make them promise to keep this dog clean and groomed. I hope they are paying for this groom. He was aggressive because he was in PAIN.

That dog has an unusual marbling coloring. I’ve never seen a dog that color.

He looks so much happier. I know you're not able to bath him when he's sedated but possibly give him a sponge bath or wipe him down would help.

Part of the dog's aggression could be coming from the pain of all that hair pulling on his skin.
Very surprised that poor dog didn't have maggots and necrotic tissue esp. around his hindquarters. 😢
I hope he gets a sweater and doesn't have to live outside without his coat.

So good of you to offer his next few groomings for free. It's not ideal but I agree that in this case it the best solution. The dog will be happy to be back home again, it is all he knows. One thing I will say, he is fed well, nicely covered. I do hope the owners will take on all your advice.
