TOPdesk Tutorials | How to add services task board and issue & return to the quick launch bar

This video demonstrates how to add the services task board and "Issue and Return" buttons to the quick launch bar. The quick launch bar is a customizable area of the TOPdesk Operator Portal on the left side of the page. Shortcuts to functionalities and to different areas within TOPdesk can be added as buttons, and the bar can be expanded and retracted. It's accessible from anywhere within TOPdesk.
