A tip for the downward sleeper throw it harder down. It will get it spinning for longer. I’ve done it for 40 seconds before the normal yo-yo not the yo-yo you’re using.

Both the mount and bind for the forward throw are really easy to do by just spinning the yoyo around a finger of your free hand to get it on the string. and it's a lot faster and cooler looking than slowly grabbing the string and bringing it up and around. All I can do rn is brain twister so it's not very advanced to do at all.

Just a few tips to help in future.

:You can fix tilt on a normal backspin mount by making the string coming off of your throw hand touch the side that is further down

:You can land a trapeze more consistently if you land it closer to your non throw hand

:Always keep your hands in line
