I saw an article a couple of days ago that the top 1% in this Country owe the IRS just over $3.6 Billion every year in unpaid taxes, app 24% of what's due, with accountants and attorneys on staff that specialize in fighting the IRS.
The Republicans have been slashing staff at the IRS for decades and they're running on servers that are over 20 years old with totallly obsolete software.
Upgrade the hardware to the 21st century and hire more staff, it actually would be cost effective.
That has absolutely NOTHING to do with all the Multibillion Dollar Corporations that pay ZERO in taxes.
