There are some nice budget tools out there these days. I have the Hercules plunge/fixed base router and have been happy with it. I also bought the Wen 2-speed spiral cut planer and love it. The dust collection could be better, but that is probably more the fault of my 6hp shop vac not having quite enough suction with the dust separator on it. It still gets 95% of it though and the cuts are very nice.

I would have gotten this saw if it could hold a dado, it cant so i went with the skil and i love it

I have a Hercules table saw and would recommend it for the lower price saws. Only thing that I find annoying is the arbor is not long enough for a dado stack.

It’s a DEWALT in a another color …..fyi not that I know bit would guarantee a DEWALT stand would fit the Hercules

Change the name and color scheme and that saw is my 2009 DeWalt.

Buy this before you buy the craftsmans table saw. I have it and it sucks. The blade run out is terrible.

Festool has the same style fence on its $1, 200 cordless table saw: not rack and pinion. 👎
