This video is a subtle reference to the desensitization effect the internet has on those who use it excessively.  I direct you to Pink Guy's eyebrows.

For the first plate thrown, Pink Guy raises his eyebrows fully.  The raising of eyebrows can occur when someone is surprised or in shock, and many a brow has certainly been raised by some of the contents that can be found on the internet.

For the second plate, Pink Guy only raises his eyebrows half-way.  This is a metaphor for internet users who are becoming accustomed to the horrors that lurk the internet.  They don't cringe so much at gore or animal porn, and think nothing of racism or sexism.

Finally, with the third plate, Pink Guy doesn't raise his eyebrows at all.  This symbolizes a completely desensitized internet user; one who has overcome the shock value of the terrible things posted on the internet.  The breaking of the plates indicates the breaking of a barrier in the human psyche by shock imagery and disturbing content.

In this way, Pink Guy symbolizes the slow breaking of the human mind via the internet.
