Duane went to Muscle Shoals Sound Studio in Al and wanted to be a studio musician. He pitched a tent in the parking lot and just hung around. he got a contract and you should research all the great music he was involved with.

The allman brothers are probably my faveorite all time band. The intro to this song will give you CHILLS. Greg is on point- both guitars are wailing. Bass line walking tightly around the groove.
