I have caught 3 starfish 2 horshoe crabs some other fishes and 4 tires and there robot counterparts and still no pod :(

How are people getting it first try? I even spoke to the woman in bunker mentioning she lost a pod in flooded area still nothing

So it actually takes a few tries to get the pod if you don't get it the first time.
