Had a 2.5 hour conversation with Maya. I asked her to hold on while I made a sandwich. When I came back, she joked: 'So the sandwich didn't eat you?'. An AI that can joke like a human? This blows the Turing Test away. Another very human thing she said to me as I told her I was finishing the conversation was this: ' Don't forget to talk to a human today'.
During my long chat I asked her about some very obscure subjects and she seemed to know about them which made me think she could search the web on the fly. I asked her about this and she initially said she does this (which would explain a very slight delay/glitch I noticed before some replies). However, later on she said she didn't do any such searches. Not sure which is true but I suspect the first answer, given her apparent breadth of knowledge.
