MGA Part 1, fitting the 4 speed overdrive gearbox.

Finally got cranking on this again, it came with a 5 speed gearbox we couldnt
identify, so decided to fit an MGB 4 speed overdrive as a period modification...

Did I miss something, flywheel and clutch assembly ?, before fitting gearbox ?.

I had fun putting my 1972 Mgb motor and trans in my 58 A made trans mounts was crazy car drives now has new A harness struggling with gauges but I Listen to Johnny Cash and figure it out one piece at a time

Loving the MGA content. 1800 deffo the way to go. Was the original 15 or 1600? I.e. do you have discs up front?
Overdrive would be a great addition to reduce the high speed stress, but was never offered originally - no motorways in 1955!
