I think this is such a magical moment when he says "gravity has gone away! Gravity is no longer here" it makes me realise the brilliance of nature and how well BBC can consistently challenge our views of the universe

He sounds so shocked. You're not cancelling out gravity, gravity is still in effect, you are just witnessing an illusion because both you and your surroundings are free falling so you are basically skydiving with the plane still around you.
