A Disney Park ticket is becoming a cover fee to enter the park, the rides at this rate will eventually not be included in your park ticket.

We are a family of 8. We just sold our dvc because stuff like this is insane. The free unlimited fast past system of the precovid eta was amazing. The new system is trash.

I don’t mind if other people wants to pay more to skip the line, but between lightning lane, premier pass, VIP pass and any other things the regular lines are going to go extremely slow for some attractions. Soon you will pay your ticket to see other people ride the good attractions

Not worth it, especially now as the park magic continues to wither away. They will use the $$$ they make from this to subsidize their failing movies instead of investing it in the park.

The company just pushed the knife harder and deeper into the backs of their loyal guests and fans and then while everyone turned around in innocent shock and disbelief, they poured salt into the wound. The decline of the company is baffling and extremely sad. Bigger picture; if they are willing and able to make these kinds of decisions and roll them out, you’d be a fool to not think they won’t apply it to everything else which they slowly have been already doing. Say what you want to say and think what you want to think, when you push the walls of normality, that wall push backed now becomes normal, then the kingdom collapses and truly that’s what’s worrying. Then we’ll all really understand when Mickey says “oh boy!”

My wife and I are dvc members since 2008. We go 3-4 times a year for 16 years straight. We are buying Universal annual passes and we are completely avoiding and not renewing our annual passes from Disney. Disney prices are way higher than Universal, so paying 160.00 to skip the lines at Universal isn’t so bad. We have the money to afford the premier lightning lane passes but there is no way in hell I would ever pay that kind of money. Disney has become a scummy money grab company and it took a lot to get my family to wave the white flag and not return, but we are ready to move on. Hopefully I can get my wife to agree and sell the points, I’m done with Disney.

I could pay it, but there is NO way I would pay them $400 per person on top of paying park admission and parking. Bye Disney. I'll go to Universal, stay in a top tier hotel and get them included.

I think that the difference that really rubs those “in the know” wrong is, 1- it’s only once per ride 2- unlike those down the street, you can’t park hop, and 3- it is a price ON TOP of the resort, unlike down the street where you have unlimited express, included with your deluxe resort.

So Disney is trying to mimic Universal Express Pass? Express pass at Universal is WAY less money. $400 for Magic Kingdom is stupid high and of course, that's after you pay for a park ticket/park hopper ticket. I can't imagine this will be popular. You need to be rich to afford this. The Disney greed is sad. Young families should be able to bring their families to experience Disney, but prices like this are insane.

For those prices, you should be able to ride every ride as many times as you want and not just once each per day. That is absolutely ridiculous. I hope no one buys this and Disney has to lower the price or open it up to unlimited rides.

This premier pass doesn't get you to the front of the line, it's just access to the lightning lane for 1 time per attraction. Premier pass isn't going to affect lightning lane because that same customer was already going to buy LL. They just get to enter whenever they want.

As someone from the UK who is going to be staying at AK lodge, and a holiday for 4 that already costs $20, 000. I do wont plan on spending another $1600 for a family of 4 to go to magic kingdom. I will instead be looking at taking my business to Hard Rock Hotel for less and get free Fast Track. I would rather pay extra to enter a park like Epic Universe than waste money in Magic Kingdom. This is a very one sided 'Disney View' From people now on their media list.

Tom- It would be awesome if you could put yourself in the shoes of a family somwtimes when reporting the news. Maybe you wouldn't bat an eye at $400 for yourself (especially if it's tax deductable for business), but an extra $1, 600 for a family of four? Oof...

What happens when multiple rides go down? Like yesterday, when Tiana, space, pirates and I forgot the other ride went down for most if not all day. That’s just crazy.

Disney is again blind to real life. The millions they get deposited into their accounts each year have made them oblivious to how life really is. When I first saw this, I actually thought it was an add-on to my annual pass. This is just crazy - this per day cost is over the top and you can only ride once. I have considered dropping my annual pass just based on how they disrespect the DAS group. Yes, I am fully aware I do not have to buy it nor do I have to go but like a lot of people, I love the parks but that love is beginning to have too much of a cost. Must have been an interesting meeting. All of this used to be included with the cost of a daily ticket. I bet they are already planning the build of their second yacht - everyone needs a place to recuperate after back surgery.

The problem with premier pass is not the price or the exclusivity. It’s the fact that they are charging Hundreds of dollars for something that used to be free. Remember when we could ride rides whenever we wanted after paying hundreds to get in? We could ride splash at night if we wanted. But now u only can for $450 What??

It would cost us like $1000 per day for our family to get this. And I can only ride once? What if I just want to ride Peter Pan over and over. Nope. We visit there enough. We will just wait in line like a trash person.
