I like how thorough you are with trying to go through the whole game.. a lot of people are just speeding through it and they aren’t finishing the entire story. Sometimes games can be so unique that you can miss some cutscenes that were might have meant to come up if you ran into them I guess. Like one big walkthrough didn’t have the monty falling to pieces cutscene. Idk if that makes sense. But yeah

So William Afton’s connection was broken when you complete Princess Quest leaving him isolated below the Pizzaplex and freeing Vanessa. This also causes Vanny to make a break for it, and Greggory and Freddy live with Vanessa. Other people have said Greggory actually goes with Vanny but I don’t see him doing that.

I'd just like to point out that the 2-star "true" ending with William Afton/Burntrap is considered to be the best of the 2-star endings. The "real" true ending is the 3-star ending, where Vanessa is finally freed of William's control.
