The idea of the guardians trying to cheer up Starlord is the most heartwarming thing ever

I really like this because the guardians have always felt more like a family than any other group so far and the special presentation seems like a fun way to experiment with the mcu so i’m very excited

This is exaxtly what we needed in the Infinity Saga. The characters just interacting with each other outside of some worldending event. Kevin Bacon being in the MCU is also just fantastic.

Something like this is exactly what I’m looking for in a holiday special. The cliché of “your family is always there for you no matter what” which was made clear GotG 2, it’s on brand for them. Also I love they’re showing the idea of the Guardians being on Earth for something like Christmas, it warms my heart

The idea of cheering up Quill for Christmas by Drax and Mantis kidnapping Kevin Bacon is absolutely heartwarming, hilarious, and so on point for these characters. This has so much potential I can't wait!
