How to set Android mobile to automatic USB tethering

You can set the Android mobile to connect in USB tethering mode when you connect via USB cable. It is useful when you frequently share the mobile internet connection with your PC.
USB tethering is demonstrated here to share the high-speed home wifi with a laptop. If the laptop does not have wifi or high-speed 5 GHz wifi then USB tethering can help.
