George Wagner IV — along with his mother Angela, father George "Billy" Wagner and brother Edward "Jake" Wagner — is accused of shooting and killing the Rhoden family members "execution-style." The family's bodies were found on April 22, 2016. He faces eight charges of aggravated murder, along with other charges associated with tampering with evidence, conspiracy and forgery.

This is a murder case and only part of her land were THAY lived was in scoitio county and part pike county

I wouldn't be surprised if this trial wouldn't be thrown out by an appeals court, should he be found guilty, simply on the grounds of prosecuting this case outside the venue where the crime occurred, as required by the Ohio Constitution.
