Ultimate Litter Box Build [DIY]

Cat litter getting tracked everywhere and smelling, stinks (pun intended). So I made a 'no-tracking' built-in litter box that has a motion activated ventilation system.

That's a thought but the fan don't stay on so the order is still there and I don't want to use energy to run again all the time and that's the only way that would work

Unfortunately the fan would have to run continously for odor to stop. Feces stink 24/7...not just when the cat poops. (Or did i miss something?)
