FIRST JUMP COURSE! GoPro Horse Riding Lesson

Hi friends! 😍 Come ride Confetti with me! This is my FIRST time jumping Confetti which is always sooo exciting 😇 In this lesson we do our VERY FIRST mini jump course! It feels like just yesterday we did our very first jump! This is a beginner horse jumping lesson, we are still very much learning! ❤️

hiii!! idk if you like when people give you tips, but i just want to help a little; when youre cantering around the corners, i notice you lean to the inside with her, which is why she gets so close to the wall and breaks to a trot. when riding, its good to remember that a horses center of balance is almost completely different, and her taking these turns like a nascar is much more natural, but with a rider, it throws her off balance. by putting weight on your outside stirrup and picking her up with your inside leg, she will stop leaning into the turns, keeping her upright and balanced. ive had experiences while doing canter circles where i lean to the inside, the horse trips, and off i go! its good to think about how they balance and where their feet are.
i must say, you are a wonderful rider! your equitation is beautiful. i hope youre enjoying jumping! keep up the good work. <3

Here is my rides info 💗

I was a new pony called Ollie and he is super cute!! He is a piebald I think or skewbald and he is like tate! Tate was infront of me and we were cantering in doubles and I kept getting a bit to close because Ollie is so fast (i think I was galloping at one point lol) he kept sneezing and itching lol! When we did trot poles he was the only one who didn’t knock them and he took me straight to them super speedy!! Someone fell of but she immediately got up to catch the pony 😂 (Dw she was okay she just lost balance in canter - trot) but I like Ollie but I do prefer Tate lol 💗 I also got told soon we can start steering in canter! I got taught canter leads buts she said until we’re confident steering in canter she wants us to go to trot then canter again to get the right lead!! 🤩 but omg Ollie’s coat is adorable he’s a grey and blue piebald I think and one ear is grey and the other is black 🥹

But anyways confetti is adorable and so are all of them! I hope Bridget is gonna be happy and healthy for her foal later on 💗

Something scary that happened to me because of the wall was I wasn’t paying much attention while walking and my foot got caught in a little door that no one uses so idk what it’s for and I was riding a 17.hh mare who spooked and I stayed on with a hurt foot and some trauma lol. I learned my lesson to not let her go too close to the wall-
