Did you actually go through the whole game? The shell isn’t “a cheat” especially with bosses.

Yea I just brought this at 30 as well and this is my souls like game I never played any dark souls, just had to say that but my experience in this game so far I'm still in the beginning first shell to further explain where I'm at. This game drew me in because o the different shell option and the harden feature it seems to be better than dark souls it felt to me dark souls from what I seen was just the base of the genre type and mortal shell just capitalized on it and also that sekiro die twice like feature when u get knocked out ur shell is such a different take on the idea and it makes since so I give it a 9 out of 10

Love doing the move sets from this game, especially the murder strokes and half swording.

Series S doesn't run games in 4K. 1440p is the max for that thing. Series X runs at 4K.

I really wanted to like this game. After beating it I’ve yet to return to it. Combat is terribly slow and a total slog fest. I couldn’t even find the main hub for 3/4 of the game. I beat two outta the three dungeons before finding it. There’s potential here but it needs some serious polish

Ps4, ps5, 30fps, 60fps, all looks the same to me. I loved it on ps4 and I love it on ps5. Just wish they would have added some more shells and weapons.

There isn’t much lighting or shadows. But that would reduce the FPS I guess. It still looks like a good game tho

I just got this for under 8£ from the playstation summer sales. It's my first soul game well second. The first one was Bloodborne I didn't stand a chance 🤦😬.

So I've beat all the soulsborne games a few times. Is this going to be a let down for me? I really hate games that are "like" Souls games but are mostly cheap knockoffs.

The gameplay looks clunky, clumsy, and horrible. Gamers are just desperate for games at this point. Thx for the review, I'll wait till this game is free!
