As for why she was fired, Chick-fil-A is notoriously strict when it comes to what is deemed as inappropriate, especially when employees interact with customers. I think they saw the bad publicity and, without context for the clip, fired her for inappropriate behavior. I'm relieved they came to common sense and rehired her, but it's moments like these that remind me I dont have the patience to work there.
