1. the seed doesn't work quite like this, there is no guarantee it will render exactly the same recognizable face every time. 2 this is basically stealing videos from real people and face swapping them. It works until someone discovers it, warn the owner and the account is reported.

This is just combining 2 sources for face and the other source is the dance video. Deepfake might be fine for come concept videos that I see popping up in upcoming movies as new Concept movie trailers. That's fine. Someone did a concept short trailer video for Brett Cooper's Snow White combining her face and with the original movie clips from MIrror Mirror, replacing her face on the original actor in the scenes. Unknown which software they used, but similar to this one.
