I know more of the stuff he did in the 90s, but Alan Jackson is a great singer in general. "Living On Love", "Little Bitty" "Mercury" "Who's Cheatin' Who" are a few good ones. He did one called "Where Were You When The World Stopped Turning" about 9/11. There's one called "I Don't Even Know Her Name" that's actually a hilarious song.

I had a Dad who was a narcissist & I spent my whole childhood trying to make this man proud & I was never quite good enough. I got daily whippings with a belt. He remarried a rich woman & hasn't had anything to do with me since 1998. He's missing out on my wonderful daughter and amazing grandson. After decades of therapy & lots of time in prayer, I realized it's his loss. Not ours. So I remember praying Dad would die or just leave. You probably prayed to have a dad. We have our Heavenly Father who will never turn away from us. We have our beautiful children. God bless you. Take care.
