I oppose of stringent abortion laws but in this case Georgia abortion laws can't stop emergency medical treatment after an abortion has already occurred. There was only residual tissue left that caused sepsis, there was no viable life at that point. The hospital should be liable, a bit of misinformation being peddled here.

In response to the already active fetus abortion question to her by the NABJ, she refused to say there would be restrictions during that 3rd trimester. She also shook her head and stated "That's not true..." during the debate when Trump was verifying about her belief in having NO restrictions for abortion. She continues w her falsehoods blaming Trump. Trump had stated repeatedly that there were exceptions at any time for the abortion concern, which are Rape, Incest and to protect the life of the mother.

Regardless of what the Harris campaign says about the "Trump Abortion Bans". The issue is really a state issue not Trump's.

Remember
1: the president nominates and the Senate appoints Justices and cabinet officials.
2. It is the state legislators the voted to allow or ban abortions in their states.

Therefore, people should be making their voices head by their individual state legislators.

I really like Kamala, and I agree with everything she's saying.
But abortion is a bad, very bad thing, and people, (women), have usually regretted having it done, regardless of what reason that they decided to have the procedure done.
One woman told me years ago, that she regretted it terribly, because her's was the kind of abortion that her fully developed beautiful baby boy, (she got to see him), was taken out of her body, all because she decided not to keep the baby!
Another option would have been to carry the baby to term, and then she'd have the choice to adopt him out, if she chose to do so.
But that is something that she will always regret to her dying day, and she'll always wonder, what kind of life she would have had with that little boy? 😪
