Immortal is different from being healthy. Some can be in pain and immortal. It can be a negative thing. Depending on maturity of people. Human history's civilization started on 20s and 30 year olds. U can just imagine how immature certain groups of 30 year olds can be. So forth, , a dark age for that area. Same group becomes immortal, they will try to find ways to eliminate people. Trapping them in a coffin, dumping them in volcanoes
