How to Change Nozzles on 5.9 Cummins Injectors Setting Pop Pressure and Testing Power Driven 7x .011

In this video I go thru setting up some 5.9 First gen Cummins injectors using aftermarket higher flowing performance tips. The nozzles came from power driven diesel and are 7 hole .011" diameter budget builder tips. They all set up ok and chatter and spray like they should. The procedures shown would apply to any Bosch KDAL injector. Swapping tips is not terribly dificult the hardest part is getting the pop pressures all set the same as that can require several different assemblies of washers to get them correct. I was not heretofore familier with the flame test, just the pop test. I will gladly add that to my QC routine. Thanks for the wisdom.

Years ago I made my pop tester using a Flexibox pneumatic to hydraulic pump and controlled it using a regulator, could creep up on the opening pressure, easier than pumping on the handle, did many injector's with it.
Having the luxury of a surface grinder will give you accurate results, good job.
