You have to do elemental sight first and then the mark will appear, after that u can use ororon or the bird to hold the charge attack and point it to the mark and it will be open...

My issue is ill do the steps shown in the video and the ability to pop the dynamite either runs out past the graffiti art + cans of paint so i can't aim close, i cant do it before that point either because it says im too far away, so its absolutely busted on my end it physically wont let me detonate the wall

The exploding barrel is a red herring!!! The secret is to just wait. Stand in front, keep using elemental sight (not the Saurian ability) until that fire symbol shows up. Then smack it with the Saurian magic and get on with your goals.
