I got the five below one for my lil cousin. Action was higher than a lap steel. It was a u shape neck. Not the back. The fretboard and neck was making a u shape from the headstock to the body

actualy i have a $30 dollar guitar, is a second hand nylon guitar a have been played almost a year and i'm really help with this. the important thing is start with whatever you have just be happy. (it's sound like a 150$ dollar guitar in my near shop by the way).

Yeah, you can expect that the action will be super high and that the pegs will not hold a tune or even may not tune up to pitch. If you have one its best to try to keep it tunned way down cause you don't know if even the body could take the stress of being in standard tunning. It also may not be in tune all the way up and down the neck. Also, as you noticed you had what they call a dead fret where the pitch doesn't change from the next fret up. Just maybe, just maybe it will be ok for a rank begginner who can't or won't spend more and wants to see if they want to pursue playing further and buy a decent guitar some day.

Its great but for a cheap guitar i would recommend Stagg c440 m nat it's 85 dollars that's the one i have and it's not the best but it does it's job

Try the INTERN-INT 38C, it literally is the best cheapest guitar you can ever get... *It sells below $30 and sometimes even below $25*
